Learn about sake from a master. This 3-hour tour is the perfect opportunity for people who like a tipple every now and then of something different. Learn how sake is made, about the raw ingredients, about the myriad of varieties that are out there.

Make your own way to the Gotanda location and meet your guide at 7pm.

Embark on a professionally guided journey through sake in this 'all-you-can-taste' experience
. The tasting session takes you through a selection of flights comprising of 10-15 completely different sakes from breweries located all over Japan. Enjoy a selection of both old and new styles. Prepare to be amazed by the vast array of aromas of refined sakes, cloudy sakes, and sake served at different temperatures. 

Your lesson includes such topics as sake in a nutshell, the history of sake, sake ingredients, the sake production process, sake brewing, the features of sake, and a crash course on how to find a sake to suit your personal tastes.

After two hours of lessons and guided tasting, you are free to sample more from a collection of 100 different kinds of sake. You are welcome to bring in your own food.
