Itinerary

Discover Valpolicella fine wines visiting a unique estate in the beautiful Veronese countryside, in the heart of Valpolicella.

Visit the Historic Drying Room where you will learn about drying techniques as well as more than 40 varieties of native grapes, the map of the vineyards and the soils that characterize the territory. The tour continues down into the Reserve Vault, where the historic bottle of Amarone Extra vintage 1939 is kept. It was the first to bear the name “Amarone”, created in those cellars in 1936. Finally, explore the Signature Cellar where our Amarone ages for more than 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and in French barriques.

Then, it's time to tickle your taste buds with excellent local wine and food tasting.

You will toast with different kinds of wines: Valpolicella DOC Classico Superiore, Valpolicella DOC Classico Superiore Ripasso “Vigneti di Torbe”, Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Classico.

Sip your wine while enjoying a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, with mostardas, artisan breadsticks, and bread.
