You will discover a very small winery located in the Monferrato with 6 hectares of land of which about 2.5 are vineyards. The land on which the vineyards are born takes its origin from marine sediments. A limestone, clayey, alkaline and poor in nutrients terroir, which gives these wines pleasant fruity notes and marked minerality.
Immediately directed towards a green culture, the company immediately converted the land and vineyards to organic production.

Itinerary

With this visit you will discover a cellar and a company out of the ordinary. The owners of this farm found themselves 10 years ago and have decided to change their lives, respect the rhythms of nature and, above all, make wine of the highest quality.
With this visit, you will discover a reality made up of beautiful people, who accompany you on a guided tour of their cellar, their home. Besides the explanation of the history and the walk in the vineyards, then, you will also have the opportunity to taste 3 glasses of wine:

- Piemonte Barbera DOC: A young Barbera with an intense red color with garnet reflections.
On the palate the taste is dry, full and persistent. It is a wine that lends itself to aging in the bottle for a few years.

- Il Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese DOC: Light ruby red wine with light amber reflections.
It is characterized by spicy notes and floral scents. On the palate it is dry, pleasantly tannic with good persistence.

- Il Monferrato Rosso DOC: A Syrah with a red color tending to purple. The nose is complex, fruity and floral with hints of peach. On the palate it is dry, fruity, intense and spicy.
