Professional Lab Pasta Experience

 In 4 years of activity in my pasta shop I received many nominations: in the prestigious "Gambero Rosso" guide from 2017 and as the best among 10 pasta factories in Rome. In Italy the "pasta factory" is a place where fresh pasta is produced and sold to those who want to cook it at home. I was inspired by the pasta that my grandmother used to prepare when I was a child. It was a very special pasta and today I realized my dream because I am proud to teach, right inside my "pasta factory", the old Italian method of making pasta for hundreds of people who want to learn how to eat healthy pasta according to the true Italian tradition transmitting all the love and passion of my family.

Today I dedicate myself to organizing high-value cooking classes to teach how to make fresh artisan pasta in a simple and effective way, thus managing to make all the recipes of the lesson at home.

The only cooking class in Rome made inside a real "pasta factory" (pasta shop), where you will learn, in one of the top 10 pasta factories in Rome, to make many types of pasta in a simple and infallible way, thus succeeding in creating in your home all the recipes of the lesson.

In the three hours of lessons you will realize:
• egg dough
• rolling pin rolling of the pastry, traditional method
• explanation of safe food cutting procedures
• classic fillings
• different types of ravioli
• tortellini
• noodles
• fettuccine water and flour.
• creation by the chef of a typical Italian sauce

To follow, lunch or dinner with tasting of the pasta produced during the lesson.

Menù: Ravioli with bechamel sauce with sage, Tagliatelle with egg and fettuccine water and flour with sauce made during the lesson. Water a glass of Italian wine in bitter bottle and biscuits.
