This experience is not only about History, but also a funny gastronomic tour: you will visit an old olive oil mill and learn everything about the making process while tasting several DOP olive oils. You will learn how to cook a real Neapolitan pizza from scratch, starting from the dough, to adding the various toppings til actually baking it. Of course you will have the honour to eat your very freshly baked pizza straight from the oven!
