You will enjoy a 3,5 hours of cooking lesson testing your skills in the cooking art and all of this having a lot of fun with the Chef Riccardo who will teach some of the secrets of the Italian Cuisine.

Enjoy a 3,5 hours cooking lesson in Sorrento testing your skills in the cooking art and studying the secrets of the Italian Cuisine. Starting with a Prosecco and preparing homemade ravioli or agnolotti, paving pizza. Learning little more about food history: mozzarella, ricotta, parmigiano, extra-vergin oil, basilico, San Marzano tomato, semolino and 00 flour...and some "MAMMA advices"..available only for you! Finishing with one dessert : Tiramisù or Zuccotto.
At the end of the lesson you can eat all you have prepared and of course, tasting of 2 difference good Italian wines.
