You will learn how to make homemade Ravioli and other kind of pasta easily and successfully, ravioli are type of dumpling composed of a filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough; If you have flour and water you can make pasta and we will teach the secrets. We will teach you to make Ravioli and other kind of pasta in different shape and flavours.

After the class you will enjoy the full 3 courses lunch with your friends and family. Every participant will receive written english instructions for making pasta at home easily and successfully by email.

You will have plenty of local wine to toast with and you will enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.

Itinerary

With its steeply stacked medieval centre and spectacular baroque cathedral, Modica is one of southern Sicily's most atmospheric towns. It's also known for its food heritage. 

Learn about authentic Sicilian cuisine and enjoy a hands-on cooking class, where you'll learn to make local, traditional recipes. During this 3-hour class, you will cook a three-course menu with Chef Davide Minerva, who will tell you about the history of each dish and some Sicilian cooking secrets. Arancino filled with grilled eggplants; ragusano with cheese and meat; gnocchi with ricotta cheese and pork meat sauce; and dessert with orange, almond cream, pistachio, and Modican chocolate are just some of the dishes that could show up on your menu.

At the end of the cooking class, feast on the meal you just created with your friends and family, while tasting great local wines.
