Handmade Pasta with Grandma cooking class

Me and Nonna Nerina started this experience two years ago, as a joke. Actually three grandmas in the village with their own grandchildren are involved in this adventure: we are hosted people and families from all around the world.

 We feel blessed and happy to share an ancient tradition that was disappearing: the real handmade pasta technique.

We will start with the same gesture, we will drive you through the story of strong hands, smells, a good soil and love.
