Enjoy an exclusive chocolate class dedicated to the main phases for the production of 5 typical products: lemon/orange rinds coming from a family farm, classic bars, pralines, Giffoni hazelnuts (IGP product) with chocolate covering and chocolate cream, in one of the most important chocolates and ice-cream labs.
