Guided Tour of Sorrento Brewery and taste our Craft Beers with local food

We are the only brewery in the Sorrento Peninsula. Our Craft Beers (unpasteurized, unfiltered and fermented in the bottle as a sparkling wine) express our territory at 360 °. Not only do we use typical ingredients of our land such as fresh peels of IGP lemons, oranges and walnuts from Sorrento but our Beers combine very well with our traditional cuisine such as fried fish, mozzarella, pasta with seafood and pizzas. They are easy to drink Beers suitable for our climates and our summers. We also produce three Italian Grape Ale: beers related to the world of wine. They are always Beers but we add must from native vines (Biancolella d'Ischia, Falanghina dei Campi Flegrei and Aglianico di Taurasi) during fermentation that give these products a vinous note that makes them match with local cheeses. The Sorrento Brewery was founded in 2009 as a result of the dream and passion cultivated by Giuseppe Schisano and Francesco Galano in the Sorrento peninsula.

We will begin by explaining how to make a craft beer starting from the raw materials: water, malt, hops and yeast. We will talk about our Territorial Beers that are perfectly suited to the traditional Parthenopean and Sorrento Peninsula cuisine. You will be guided to our facilities with a sensory experience of the raw materials up to the tasting.

MICROBIOLOGY LABORATORY VISIT: In the Microbiology laboratory you will be able to see with your own eyes, thanks to a camera placed on our microscope, how a yeast is made and our quality and research controls.

TASTING: The 360 ° Craft Beer Experience ends with the tasting of 4 of our 20 cl Beers. The beers will be accompanied by a tasting dish of meats and cheeses produced in the Sorrento Peninsula from local farms.
