Gabriella's Pesto and Pasta Tuesday Cooking Class

Join us for a real Ligurian Cooking Experience with our Chef Gabriella who will reveal to you the old recipes from her genovese Family traditions. After a warm welcome with Focaccia and a local artisanal wine you will have an informal lunch with Gabriella’s fresh Pasta al Pesto and then you will start the cooking class and learn how to prepare Mortar-made pesto sauce, and different types of fresh pasta. You’ll also explore other local wines, taste different Italian extra-virgin olive oils and three different ageings of balsamic vinegar, topped off with a vanilla cream gelato. You will also be given a dedicated recipe card to take home.

Itinerary

Take part in a ‘mani in pasta’ (hands-on) cooking demonstration and learn how to make pesto sauce and handmade, fresh, local pasta.
