Engaging and informative walking tour of the town centre of Alba with five different food tastings along the way, which will exceed your lunch needs.

Cheese tasting in a traditional shop which showcases selected cheese producers from the region. Traditional breadsticks or “grissini” from an old-fashioned bakery.

Later, sit in a bistrot where locals go, to savor two of the most traditional starters or “antipasti“.

In a truffle shop run by a family of truffle hunters, partake in a tasting of gourmet truffle products, salami and truffle cheese topped with truffle honey or olive oil. A pasta course (tajarin) or risotto is served with freshly shaved black truffles and a glass of wine.

Make sure to save some room for the final hazelnut pastries and chocolate truffles.
