The cooking class takes place in a 800 stone villa surrounded by greenery in peace and tranquility just 10 km from the center of Florence.
This Cooking class is organized to host a group of 4 to 6 people and is exclusively private for the group only. The Chef will follow you to teach you the secrets of Tuscan cuisine with ancient Etruscan dishes of our land, we use fresh and seasonal ingredients. We will cook together and enjoy a 4-course lunch starting from appetizer to dessert accompanied by Tuscan wines at will. Included in the price i a private transfer with pick-up with driver.

Our cooking class takes place in a private villa just 10 km from the center of Florence, our chef will help you prepare a menu of ancient Etruscan traditions complete with 4 courses with local and seasonal ingredients. The location is very relaxing, outside from the confusion of the city surrounded by greenery and very scenic.

The program includes:

10.00am Meeting place at the S. Maria Novella station, transfer with private pick-up from the Station to the Villa about 20 minutes by car

10.30 am Welcome drink and start of the cooking course with complete menu and tasting of our olive oil. Preparation of Tuscan appetizers, homemade pasta, main courses, side dishes, desserts, coffee and Tuscan wines.
1,30 pm Lunch served on the panoramic terraces, in a simple and relaxing environment.

3,00 pm Pick-up transfer from the villa to the Florence station.
