You will live a unique experience among the Chianti vineyards in the relaxing atmosphere of a 15th century villa, you will learn the secrets of classic Tuscan cuisine and then prepare what you have learned for your family and friends

Half-Day Cooking Class includes one intensive, morning 10 AM or afternoon 4 PM, cooking session with instruction (in English) and practice with our chef, three course lunch or dinner following the lesson including selected wines, all food ingredients, taxes.

Sample Menu

• Pici all’aglione - Typical handmade pasta from the Siena area (Tuscany) topped with tomato sauce flavored with aglione (a special garlic from the Val di Chiana).
• Riso o Spaghetti al nero di seppia (squid ink). - Risotto or spaghetti with a base of squid ink sauce.
• Eggplant parmigiana - Vegetarian dish based on aubergines enriched with parmesan cheese, mozzarella and tomato sauce
• Saltimbocca alla romana - Tasty veal slices with sage and prosciutto sauteed with white wine
• Torta della nonna - Short pastry with custard and pine nuts
