I'm an architect and I obtained the Italian HACCP certification for the food and beverage safety. I love cooking and I’ll teach you the secret of traditional pasta while sharing the wonderful view from the top of the house where you'll feel filled with positive energy. We'll knead the dough for pasta or gnocchi, make spaghetti and ravioli or tortellini. Before eating pasta with 2 different sauces in porcelain dishes, with cutlery and lighting candles, I’ll teach you the basics of food design and presentation.

You will welcomed into a typical house of the picturesque village of Avesa with a breathtaking view from the top over the hills, woods and roofs where we'll work together . I will teach how to make 2 kinds of traditional handmade pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti alla chitarra and ravioli or tortelloni). We'll cook them in 2 sauces ( tomatoes or pesto or butter and sage). Before lunch a glass of prosecco with bruschetta and then we cook and eat the pasta followed by a dessert in the kitchen downstairs, all served with white and red wine.

• bruschetta and prosecco - tomatoes, basil, garlic, peperoncino, evo oil served on grilled and hot slices of bread
• spaghetti with tomatoes sauce and ravioli with butter and sage sauce - hand made spaghetti with tomatoes,garlic, evo oil or pesto sauce;
ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach in butter and sage sauce
• panna cotta - Natural Cream flavoured with vanilla and served with a coulisse of wild strawberries and amaretti
