At Ballarak Brewery you will have the opportunity to watch the production directly at the brewery, tasting the ingredients that make the local beer unique by participating in a guided tasting of the best local beers. A tasting of 3 different local beer together with a typical Sicilian Focaccia will be served at the brewery.

At Ballarak Magione the well trained staff will guide you along the last stop of the tour. Together with the last 3 different local beers you can enjoy a lovely evening stroll in one of the most beautiful and typical squares of Palermo.
