The Forum was the hub of life in ancient Rome; a place of politics, commerce and religion, as evidenced by the ruins located there. You’ll see the ruins of the Temple of Julius Caesar, built on the site of his cremation, the Arch of Titus, House of the Vestal Virgins, the Senate House, the Basilica of Maxentius and much more.

The tour encompasses the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona, a square built where the ancient stadium of emperor Domitian once stood. The piazza is now home to the old church of St. Agnes as well as Bernini’s Fountain of the Four Rivers, designed in 1651 for Pope Innocent X.
