6 Day Professional Cooking Course (recommended for professionals and nearly professionals) is a unique culinary experience in the relaxing atmosphere of the sweetness Chianti hills in Villa Saladini a Reinassance villa. The program includes six night's accommodation in studio (double occupancy), 4  intensive cooking classes (in English), guided visit to the Florence Markets, Central Market and Santo Ambrogio Market, short visit to the center of Florence, lunch at the characteristic market restaurant, lunch or dinner following the Classes including selected wines (Prosecco and Chianti Classico),

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Villa Saladini

Meeting with the chef and dinner at the Villa

Day 2: 10 AM Cooking Class
