Hope Beer is an artisan working brewery rather than a "tourist attraction". You will be guided through the brewing process, ingredients, packaging, etc. by one of the brewers or owners which gives you contact with the real people behind the story. You will also be guided through the beer tasting by one of the brewers/owners - a unique insight not just in to the beers but also the craft beer business.
