The Bale focuses on ancient Asian medicine and Western holistic philosophies and has on-site professionals who carefully assess guests’ health, fitness and lifestyle to provide individualized wellness programs and treatments. We have sourced organic products where possible for our treatments healthy spa menu. Every treatment will begin with a glass Lime & Lemongrass Ice Tea followed by a foot bath.

AROMATHERAPY massage for 60 minutes, our Aromatherapy massage is a combination of long stroke lomi-lomi and Balinese massage with a choice of aromatherapy oil:

Relaxation: blend of Clary Sage, Lavender and Geranium

Revitalizing: blend of Lemon, Basil and Peppermint

Detoxification: blend of Ginger, Tangerine and Lime

Sensuous: blend of Rose Geranium, Ylang-ylang and Sandalwood

After the Aromatherapy Body Massage the ritual will continue with a Body Wash with the choice of Cananga Sandalwood or Cananga Geranium body wash. Followed by Scrub Gel & Champagne Bath (Cananga Sandalwood or Geranium champagne bath) or Jacuzzi. Finished with Body Cream. After all the relaxation enjoy a healthy 2 course set menu at Bliss Restaurant.    After your relaxing treatment & healthy meal our driver will take you to the airport via private transportation.

Full use of our Wellness facilities is included in this package. These include the public pool area, fully equipped gym, relaxation room and lounge area.
