Muddie Trails presents a fun-filled & thrilling & chilling weekend with easy trekking, camping with coffee estate homestay, waterfalls, Fort, good food and a lot of socializing – all in the beautiful mountains of Sakhleshpur, which is almost a well kept secret hill station of Karnataka.

While camping in Sakleshpur gives a wonderful experience, we also have a homestay with limited beds as well for those who feel comfortable to stay in the rooms instead of tents.

Along with trek, we will have an off-road jeep ride, take a dip in a chilling mountain waterfall, visit the star-shaped fort and beautiful backwaters with ruined Church.

About the destination:

Sakleshpur is a hill station located in the western ghats of Karnataka that boasts incredible biodiversity. The climate of the region is nice & cold, so they grow a lot of coffee and spice plantations here. For people who love to explore nature, Sakleshpur offers an ideal weekend getaway.

Day 1: Day 0 (Friday):

Stop At: Bangalore District, Bangalore District, Karnataka
Start from BLR, night journey of just 6 hours!

Pass By: Sakleshpur, Karnataka, India
>> Check in to homestay cum Campsite, rest for a while, freshen up
>> Have an awesome Breakfast to fuel up your body
>> Hike up Pandavas mountain and enjoy the stunning valley of Sakleshpur mountains,
Break for lunch,
>> Walkthrough the Coffee estates to reach Habbi waterfalls & play in the water,
>> Get back to the homestay, relax for a while
>> Have a hot Chai or Coffee in already cold weather
>> Campfire & music
>> Delicious dinner
>> A social gathering in the night
>> Rest in the tents or in the rooms

Day 3: Day 2 (Sunday):

Pass By: Sakleshpur, Karnataka, India
>> Off-road Jeep ride to the base of Devil’s hill & hike up for amazing sunrise with valley filled with mist and clouds,
>> Have Breakfast
>> Say Bye-Bye to our Campsite
>> Head to the beautiful star-shaped Manjarabad fort & take a lot of selfies,
>> Break for lunch,
>> Visit beautiful Hemavathy backwaters & the floating Church,
>> Drive back to Bangalore. Reach home by night
