Day 1: Delhi

Welcome to ‘Rajasthan Tour With Haridwar & Rishikesh’ ! On arrival in Delhi, you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's representative to your hotel.

Day 2: Delhi-Haridwar

Pass By: Haridwar, Haridwar, Haridwar District, Uttarakhand
This morning after breakfast at the hotel we drive to Haridwar.
On arrival check into your hotel. Freshen up and then proceed on a city tour of Haridwar.

Har Ki Pauri Ghat: Har Ki Pairi ghat is the prime tourist attraction of Haridwar. This wonderful riverside bank was constructed by King Vikramaditya in memory of his brother Bhartrihari. It is said that all the sins that a mortal commits are washed out by bathing at this river-bank. In the evening just when the Sun is about to go down below the horizon, priests perform the religious rite on the bank of the river. This is extremely scenic and people join in the devotional song. After the ritual is over, small candles are floated on the river. The place looks enchanting. The atmosphere is very peaceful and you will surely love it. Evening attend Arti ceremony at Har Ki Pairi, ganga simmering with Purning temples and Echoing Prayers.

Day 3: Haridwar-Rishikesh-Delhi

Pass By: Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India
Visit Rishikesh after breakfast at the hotel.

Stop At: Lakshman Jhula Bridge, Rishikesh 249137 India
Laxman Jhula: one of the biggest tourist attractions in Rishikesh, Laxman Jhula is a suspended bridge on the Ganges. Legend has it that Laxman had crossed the river Ganges at this spot on a bridge of ropes. Now a suspended iron bridge 450 ft long, built in 1939 exists here. The Laxman Jhula is something you cannot simply miss on a tour to Rishikesh.

Stop At: Ram Jhula, Near Geeta Bhawan, Rishikesh India
Ram Jhula: another suspended bridge between Shivanand Ashram and Sawarg Ashram, Ram Jhula has been named after Laxman's elder brother Ram.

Stop At: Bharat Mandir, Center Of The City On The Banks Of Ganga River, Rishikesh India
Bharat Mandir: built by Adiguru Shankracharya, the Hindu saint in 12th century, this is the oldest temple in Rishikesh. It is located on the bank of river Ganges in the old town and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu, whose idol carved out of a single 'Salagram' stands here.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Rishikesh, Rishikesh, Dehradun District, Uttarakhand
Rishikund: Legend has it that, the river Goddess Yamuna was so pleased with the saint Kubz that she filled this tank with water.

Nilkanth Mahadeo: according to Hindu mythology when the ocean was being churned out for "amrit" by the gods and the demons, it was venom that first oozed out. This venom was swallowed by Lord Shiva at this spot and the place got its name from that event.
Later, in the forenoon drive back to Delhi.

Day 4: Delhi

This morning after a leisurely breakfast, we will proceed for the sightseeing of Delhi.
Combined city tour of New Delhi & Old Delhi.
Visit Qutab Minar- Tallest brick minaret in the world.

Stop At: Friday Mosque (Jama Masjid), 6 km North of Connaught Pl. across from Lal Qila, New Delhi India
One of the largest Mosque in India.

The cremation sites of Mahatama Gandhi.

Day 5: Delhi-Agra

Taj Mahal - India’s most iconic landmark, built in the mid-1600s, this white marble mausoleum was commissioned by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in dedication to his wife.

Tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah is a Mughal mausoleum in the city of Agra in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Often described as a "jewel box", sometimes called the "Bachcha Taj".

Stop At: Agra Fort Rakabgani, Agra 282003 India
The elegant buildings inside reflect an interesting synthesis of Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles. The maze of the courtyards, mosques & private chambers of the fort echo the story of the Mughal Empire. The Moti Masjid & other magnificent buildings reflect the skill of the ancient Indian architects. Later you will visit a marble gallery - the flagship store in Agra which offers an excellent range of white marble, fashionable wear & exotic wooden articles, truly a one stop shop!

Day 6: Agra-Fatehpursikri-Jaipur

Today you drive to the former capital city of Emperor Akbar
Your exciting day begins with a tour, starting with a visit to Fatehpur Sikri. Then continue onward to Jaipur.

Day 7: Jaipur

Stop At: Amber Fort, Amer, Jaipur 302001 India
This morning you will experience the wonders of this magical pink city, as you proceed on a tour of Amber fort - which is set on the dry wrinkled Aravali Hills, and surrounded by fortified battlements. We will ride up to this hilltop palace

The City Palace reflects a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture.

Stop At: Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind, Hawa Mahal Tripolia Bazaar Road Badi Choupad, J.D.A. Market, Pink City, Jaipur 302002 India
Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds, a five-storied structure of pink sandstone with semi-octagonal and delicately honeycombed windows overlooking the main street of the old city and through the rose pink residential and business areas of Jaipur.

Day 8: Jaipur-Pushkar-Udaipur

Pass By: Pushkar, Pushkar, Ajmer District, Rajasthan
After breakfast at your hotel, leave for Pushkar. Pushkar happens to be the holiest places according to the Hindus as it is considered that Lord Brahma (the Creator) and his wife Saraswati (the godess of learning and music) performed a ritual in the lake.

Stop At: Ganahera Brahma Temple Rd, Pushkar 305022 India
Here we visit the only Brahma temple of the world before intermingling with the local colours in the local bazaar. Pushkar is the world famous for its camel fair held each year in the month of October/November.
Duration: 1 hour

Pass By: Ajmer, Ajmer, Ajmer District, Rajasthan
Proceed towards Ajmer. Ajmer is the pious city for the Muslims. Surprisingly both the cities are at distance of 11km from each other. Visit the Durgah built in fond remembrance of Khwaja Muin ud Din Chisti where the Muslim pilgrims from all over India throng during the festival times. Later visit Mughal emperor Akbar’s Palace where his son Jehangir received Sir Thomas Roe to grant him the permission of trade to East India Company with India, that changed the history of India completely slowly and steadily.

Later drive to Udaipur. On arrival check in to your hotel.

Day 9: Udaipur

Stop At: City Palace of Udaipur, Jagdish Temple Rd City Palace Complex, Udaipur 313001 India
Morning after breakfast visit the City Palace, Udaipur, is a palace complex situated in the city of Udaipur, Rajasthan. It was built over a period of nearly 400 years, with contributions from several rulers of the Mewar dynasty.

Stop At: Jagdish Temple, RJ State Highway 50, Udaipur 313001 India
Jagdish Temple is a large Hindu temple in the middle of Udaipur in Rajasthan, just outside the royal palace. It has been in continuous worship since 1651. A big tourist attraction, the temple was originally called the temple of Jagannath Rai but is now called Jagdish-ji. It is a major monument in Udaipur.

Stop At: Sahelion Ki Bari, On the banks of Fateh Sagar Lake, Udaipur 313001 India
Saheliyon-ki-Bari is a major garden and a popular tourist space in Udaipur in Indian state of Rajasthan. It lies in northern part of the city and has fountains and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk Art Museum).
