Escape for 7 days in the beautiful Northern Sporades

Day1: Skopelos / Your adventure begins with a welcome meeting at 4 pm. The first port of call is the local supermarket to buy supplies for your trip as a group. Before and after the meeting, perhaps head out to enjoy Skopelos island. Navigate the town's narrow streets, visit the Church of Panagia of Pyrgos or browse galleries, restaurants and boutiques. In the evening, perhaps wander down to Skopelos port  to enjoy a cocktail.

You'll spend tonight aboard the boat.

DAY2-7: Sailing the Sporades Islands

Alonissos,  / This morning we head for the Bay of Peristera for breakfast and a swim, before making our way across the glistening water to Alonissos. Discover the beautiful beaches, fragrant olive groves and charming villages of Hora, the capital of Alonissos.

It's time to feel the wind in our hair once again as we sail along the coast of Alonissos. While all the islands harboured communities in ancient times, the middle ages saw this reduced to just pirates and goats.

We are sailing into the National marine park of Alonissos and Northern Sporades which is the first marine park established in Greece and is currently the largest marine protected area in Europe. The National Marine Park of Alonissos and Northern Sporades is member of the MedPAN (Network of Marine Protected Areas in the Mediterranean). Founded in 2003 and funded within the framework of the "Environment and Sustainable Development" operational program.

Kyra Panagia / Next is a brief sail (approximately 4 hours) to the rugged, the uninhabited Kyra Panagia island –.  Kyra Panagia has belonged to the Athonite monastery of Megisti Lavra since it was granted the island by the Byzantine emperor Nikephoros II Phokas in 963. There is a monastery renovated in 2017 after 8 years of work and inhabited by a single monk, on the east coast of the island. The byzantine monastery of Kyra Panagia is a very famous monastery in Sporades islands.

Skiathos / Continue to Skiathos , proudly claiming to be the burial place of well known Greek author Alexandros Papadiamantis. Skiathos  has managed to retain some allure from the abundance of beaches and preservation of its classic houses packed around the laneways of Skiathos town. A short walk from the harbour, Skiathos shops, restaurants, nightclubs, bars and cafes all come alive in the evenings. Lalaria beach and Kastro beach where the old Skiathos town was.

DAY7: Skopelos / Your adventure comes to an end today. You can depart the boat at 10 am or earlier.
