Head to the Popes’ Palace (Palais des Papes), one of Europe’s largest Gothic palaces and part of the UNESCO World Heritage site known as the ‘Historic Centre of Avignon: Papal Palace, Episcopal Ensemble and Avignon Bridge.’ Tour the palace independently, listening to recorded narration about how Avignon became the City of Popes.

The Avignon's bridge ( known as Saint-Benezet Bridge) was built during the 12th century, and is now fallen into ruins( less than half of the original bridge remains, extending only halfway through the Rhone River). You can still climb into the bridge tower

Visit Pont du Gard, a World Heritage–listed Roman aqueduct, one of the best-preserved of its kind. Enjoy a bit of free time here to take photos and admire the postcard-perfect setting ! Take some time to have lunch in an authentic Provence Restaurant.


Pass By: Casa Natale Di Nostradamus, Rue Hoche 6, Saint Remy de Provence, Saint-Remy-de-Provence France

Stop for a photo op of the Roman ruins Les Antiques at St Rémy de Provence, where Nostradamus was born

Then head to Les Baux de Provence, a medieval village perched on a rocky cliff more than 800 feet (245 meters) in the air. Take a walking tour of the village on your own, exploring its historical buildings and market stalls where you can purchase souvenirs like perfume and olive oil.
