Canyoning in the half day is ideal to discover the cliffs of the creeks like The Mugel and Figuerolles.

In the ciotat it is dry canyoning with recall of the sea. We cross the sea with a zip and goes up with the rope. The equipment provided is the helmet, the harness and the rope , just come in a sports outfit. The guide gives all the explanations before starting and the instructions of safety. You will learn information about the rock of the creeks. This allows to discover the creeks from another point of view. The schedules are adjustable from 9am to 12pm or  1pm to 4pm.
