Day 1: Aswan Arrival-Highlights

Stop At: Aswan High Dam, Manteqet As Sad Al Aali, Aswan Egypt
In 1960 the Egyptian government decided to replace the former dam which was not high enough. Built across the Nile, the Hight Dam allows Egyptians to enjoy a permanent agriculture instead of depending on the seasons. The construction of the dam threatened a lot of houses and touristic sites, such as the temple of Abu Simbel which was moved to a higher place.

Stop At: Temple of Philae, Island of Agilika, Aswan Egypt
In the morning, your guide will meet you to take you to the first step of your trip : Philae temple. Enjoy a motorboat ride to reach this temple which is located on Agilika Island. Originally built by Nectanebo I on the Island of Philae, this temple is one of the most important sites of Nubia and was a center of the cult of Isis.

Day 2: Sailing to Kom Ombo

Stop At: Temple of Kom Ombo, Nagoa Ash Shatb, Kom Ombo 81611 Egypt
Sail to Kom Ombo and top over the "double-temple" of Sobek,. This temple is perfectly symmetrical : one half is dedicated to the crocodile dod Sobek and the other to the falcon-headed god Horus
Join your ship for lunch and continue sailing to Luxor.

After breakfast on your cruise ship, make a stop at Edfu to visit the well-preserved Ptolemaic Temple dedicated to Horus, Osiris' vengeful son

Day 3: Luxor East Bank Tour

Stop At: Temple of Karnak, Karnak, Luxor Egypt
After your lunch on board, visit of the two glorious temples of the East bank of the ancient Thebes : Karnak temple. This vastest Ancient temple was dedicated to the Theban triad Amun, Mut and their son Khonsu and was connected to Luxor Temple by an long alley of sphinxes. During more than 2000 years, about thirty Pharaohs have contributed to the construction of the building, making it unique by its size, its degree of elaboration and the diversity of styles.

Stop At: Luxor Temple, Luxor 23512 Egypt
End your day with Luxor temple : this is the perfect time to enjoy the splendor of the Ancient architecture highlighted by the shimmering rays of the setting sun. Enter the site facing the immense pylon of Ramses II, his monumental colossi and of course the huge obelisk. Here, for the Feast of Opet, used to take place every year the union of Mut and Amun and the rebirth of their son. This ceremony radiated on the Pharaoh, who could thus renew his power above whole Egypt. The site also hosts a roman chapel and a mosque that you can still admire on the top of the ancient columns of the temple.

Day 4: West bank of Luxor

After your breakfast on the cruise ship, star an unforgettable excursion to the West bank of Luxor. Discover first the valley of the Kings, a symbol of pharaohs' glory. The site contains 63 tombs excavated in the rock of the mountain, the most famous one is that of king Tutankhamun. Venture inside a royal tomb and examine the colored scenes on the walls, these give you insights on the beliefs and funerary rites of Ancient Egyptian. It's also a great reminder of the prestige and greatness of the pharaohs.

Stop At: Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari, Kings Valley Rd Deir el-Bahari, Luxor 23512 Egypt
Continue your visit with the temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Arriving to the site, the impressive cliff will not miss to captivate your eyes. But it’s at the foot of this masterpiece of nature that remains the real wonder : Hatshepsut temple. The external architecture match perfectly with the refined cliff, the building seems to have been sculpted into the rock. Once inside you will notice that many statues and engraving have their face destroyed, your expert guide will explain the strong history behind this.

Stop At: Colossi of Memnon, Thebes, Luxor Egypt
Reach now the last step of your day : the Colossi of Memnon. Massive, proudly standing, and the gaze fixed toward the Nile, the two colossi of Memnon were the guardians of the vastest and the most sumptuous temple in Egypt : that of Amenhotep.
