Itinerary

Day 1: Pyramids of Giza, Sakkara, Memphis and Dahshure

Pass By: Pyramids of Giza, Al Haram Str., Giza 12611 Egypt Our representative will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza, and then you will start visiting Giza plateau where you will see the Pyramids of Cheops “Khufu”, the only remaining of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Then move on to visit Chephren, Mykerinus pyramids and 6 queen pyramids. Then move to Memphis which was founded by King Menes, and was the capital of Egypt during the Old Kingdom. It was considered to be the center of rule and culture in Egypt for over 3000 years. It has now an open air museum that has the gigantic statue of Ramses II that was left unfinished and it is lying down on its back. You will also see the alabaster Sphinx of Memphis. Then proceed to Sakkara area where you will visit the step pyramid, the first pyramid ever built in Egypt. Then move on to Dahshur where you will see the red pyramid and the bent pyramid. Both pyramids were built for Senefru, the first pharaoh of the 4th dynasty. Visiting these pyramids will enable you to know the evolution of building the pyramids throughout the history. At the end of the tour, you will be back to your hotel in Cairo or Giza.

Day 2: Egyptian Museum, Citadel and Khan Khalili Bazaar

Then you will move to visit Salah El-Dien Citadel “the Castle of Salah El-Dien” and The alabaster mosque is the most beautiful mosque in Egypt and it was built by Mohamed Ali. The last visit it will be to Khan El Khalili Bazaar, the oldest and the biggest bazaar in the Middle East. The bazaar is known for trading gold, fine silver, perfumes, copper, brassware, leather, antiques and much more. At the end of the tour, you will be back to your hotel in Cairo or Giza.

Day 3: Old Cairo Coptic& Islamic

The Hanging Church It is the most recommended religious destination for both Copts and Muslims who come to visit Egypt because of its shape and size as it was built over the Babylon Fortress and that is how it gained its name. its construction dates back to the 3rd century AD. Ben Ezra Synagogue This unbelievable synagogue dates back to the 9th century and it is actually housed a former church that was constructed in the 4th century and this is exactly what makes it a truly exceptional attraction in Old Cairo. The most interesting thing about it is that it once had an old copy from the Old Testament and it is also believed that the Prophet Ezra had written it and that is not all as its site is believed to be the location where the box of Baby Moses was found and taken to the Pharaoh's wife.
