These artificial pools receive the clean and clear waters of 2 rivers and are just minutes away from the puyo The intense greenery of the humid forest, the sound of moving water, the chirping of birds and the warm and clear water of Pastaza dams provide to locals and tourists the opportunity to recreate and combat the stress of the daily routine in 2 of the cleanest rivers of this province. The Fatima dike, located 6 and a half kilometers from Puyo, and the Mera dam, 15 minutes from the same city, are preferred by adults and children. In the first, about 500 visitors congregate every week that seek to clear the mind with yoga, meditation and relaxation; and maintain body health through sports such as swimming, soccer and ecuavóley. The calm waters of the Puyo River fill this pool of about 30 meters long and 15 meters wide, ideal for children and adults to swim or float in a safe way. In addition to the pool, on both sides of the fountain there are spaces with vegetation of the Amazon, paths along the river and sports fields.
