Deep sea fishing is carried out in maritime waters far from the coast. Although the term tends to refer to a type of industrial fishing, it is also commonly referred to as deep-sea fishing for sport fishing at a great distance from the coast of species such as tuna or marlin, or to the trumpet or troll.
