You will walk through a forest and towards west direction on Xidaqiang(Big Wall on the West )Jiankou Great Wall. During September and October, a few Chinese hiking lovers will come to this place and try their feet. You may meet them on the wall. Turning right before going through the bushes, you will find big climbing with the broken stairs by the watch tower and you will go down with loose small rocks on the way. Somewhere you will walk by the wall because the wall is too broken to walk on. It takes two hours’ walking, and you will spend one hour climbing to the highest point in this area to see the biggest watch tower on the Great wall of China, which is 1172 meters high. You can see The Beijing Knot and The Eagle Flying tower , where is the most famous steep part of wall near Beijing.If it is a nice day, you will see the highest building in downtown Beijing.
