Cruise down the world famous Li River through the surreal karst mountains to the global village Yangshuo, wander along West Street for its mixed lifestyle and culture of East and West, bicycle through rice paddies or trek through age old villages perched along rice terraces carved in the mountains for unforgettable experiences.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Guilin

Pass By: Guilin Liangjiang International Airport, Lingui, Guilin, Guangxi, China, 541106
Your tour guide will greet you at the airport to transfer you to the hotel for a good night’s rest. With its name translating to “Forest of Sweet Osmanthus”, Guilin has long been renowned for its unique scenery, amazing karst landscapes and rich ethnic cultures.

Day 2: Guilin - Yangshuo

Stop At: Reed Flute Cave (Ludi Yan), 0773-2695075, Guilin 541001 China
Today, we will visit Reed Flute Cave. Inside this water-eroded cave is a spectacular world of various stalactites, stone pillars and rock formations create by carbonate deposition.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: XingPing ShangYeJie, Near Fuyuan Building, Pingquan County China
Then, we’ll drive to Xingping. On the way, we’ll see breathtaking, picturesque scenery. Upon arrival, we’ll have a relaxing short cruise on the Li River to enjoy some of the best scenery in China. After that, you will be taken to Xingping’s ancient town, where many cultural relics are well preserved at the ancient street.

Stop At: West Street, East Side of Li River, Yangshuo County 541900 China
We’ll arrive in Yangshuo Village in the afternoon and walk along the 1400-year old West Street
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Impression Sanjie Liu, No 1, Tianyuan Rd Lijiang Shanshui Theater, Yangshuo County 541999 China
OPTIONAL: Enjoy an optional show tonight, “Impression Liu San Jie”, a large-scale ethnic performance on the Li River ($60/person).

Day 3: Yangshuo - Guilin

Stop At: Elephant Trunk Hill (Xiangbishan), Within Xiangbishan Park, Xiangshan District, Guilin 541004 China
This morning, go back to Guilin to tour Elephant Trunk Hill and Fubo Hill. You will be amazed by the extraordinary karst limestone formations.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Xiaoyao Building Site, North Section of Binjiang Road, Xiufeng District, Guilin 541001 China
After lunch, we’ll have a walk around Xiaoyao Tower to enjoy ancient building styles of the Ming and Qing Dynasty.
Duration: 1 hour
