Day 2: Yangtze River Cruise - Fengdu Ghost City

Stop At: Ghost City of Fengdu, North bank of Yangtze River, Chongqing 408200 China
Fengdu Ghost City is sacred to three different religions: Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism. Revered as a place where the dead transition into another realm, it is surprisingly not dark or cemetery like. Rather, Ghost City is vibrant and colorful, although the local names are a bit scary. Here you will find “Nothing to Be Done Bridge,” “Ghost Torture Pass,” and “River of Blood.”

Stop At: Shi Bao Zhai, No.17 Yinshan Street, Baoshi Town, Zhong County 404332 China
Optional shore excursion to Shibaozhai Pagoda (CNY 220 per person). The Shibaozhai is a 12-storey wooden pavilion built in the Ming Dynasty, which looks like a giant bonsai on the Yangtze River. A cofferdam was built around the Shibaozhai to protect it from the rising water level caused by the construction of the Three Gorges Dam.

Transfer to another vessel for a relaxing excursion through the attractive gorges of Lesser Three Gorges.

Stop At: Chongqing Baidi City, North bank of Yangtze River, Qutang Gap Mouth, Fengjie County 404600 China
Optional tour to White Emperor City (Baidicheng), which is famous for historical temples and legends (CNY 290 per person).

Day 4: Yangtze River Cruise - Three Gorges Dam & Cruise Disembarkation in Yichang

Stop At: Three Gorges Dam Project, Sandouping Town, Yiling District, Yichang 443134 China
Take a shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam Site, the largest dam and hydroelectric project in the world. after the tour, coach transfer to Yichang Sanxia Tourist Center around 12:30 -13:30.
