Guided Tour with Wine Tasting at Casa Seganfredo - Gramado

Casa Seganfredo Winery is a "nano" family winery, which has been producing sparkling and fine red wines since 2013, as well as Integral Grape Juice, located in a privileged and lush mountainous area of the Gramado region about 8km from the center.

The guided tour of Casa Seganfredo is presented in a chat form, where we approach the production process of wine, sparkling wine and juice, comprising the path of the grape inside the canteen, as well as the fermentation process, in which the transformation of the grape into wine. Noteworthy is the champenois method, technique of fermentation of sparkling wine under French champagne rules. We end the visitation in our basement, addressing product storage issues and wine evolution stories. After the visit we serve the tasting with a sequence, respecting the taste, in order to provide a taste experience of our wines, with harmonization tips and service techniques.
