Private Tour to Tsakhkadzor Ski Resort and Lake Sevan

Enjoy a beautiful tour of the town of Tsaghkadzor, the biggest ski resort of Armenia with forests. In the winter, the town is completely overtaken by skiers and people who just want to relax and enjoy the snow and scenery. The modern rope-way will take you to the slopes of Teghenis Mountain, where the endless white horizons of land and the blue of the sky get in fusion. Free time to ride the cable-car, or for skiing/snowboarding (It's possible to hire ski equipment and an instructor on spot). Also you are going to visit the 2nd largest high altitude lake in the world, the Lake Sevan. The tour duration in total will be about 7-8 hours.

After a heavy breakfast in the morning you will be picked up from your hotel (or apartment) by your driver and guide in Yerevan and then drive to Tskahkadzor town known a the largest ski resort in Armenia. First you will visit Kecharis church, a medieval Armenian monastic complex dating back to the 11th to 13th centuries. Then you will ride the rope-way to the slopes of Teghenis Mountain. Lake Sevan, the largest lake in Armenia and one of 2nd largest high-altitude lakes in the world situated at the altitude of 1900m above sea level. Here you will climb about 240 steps to the top of the peninsula to see Sevanavank 9th century monastery. And also from where you can marvel at deep blue waters of the lake and the surrounding snow-capped mountains. Drive back to Yerevan
