Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive to El Calafate

Stop At: El Calafate, El Calafate, Province of Santa Cruz, Patagonia

When you arrive at El Calafate airport we will be waiting for you to take you to your hotel in the city center (private service).

Once in the city you will chek in at the hotel and will have the rest of the day free to enjoy the city and the surrounding areas like Laguna Nimez, a local bird reserve which protects navite fauna.

Day 2: Perito Moreno Glacier Full Day Tour

Stop At: Los Glaciares National Park, Los Glaciares National Park, Province of Santa Cruz, Patagonia
The tour starts from your hotel in El Calafate. We will pick you up and we will begin a journey of 50 km until the entrance of Los Glaciares National Park, crossing the Patagonian Steppe and
enjoying the incredible landscape of the Centinela River Valley, Lake Argentino and the Andes Mountain range. Upon arrival at the National Park entrance, payment is made for the entrance and we will continue the journey for 30 km more, through the Andean-Patagonian Forest. Halfway we will stop at El Mirador de los Suspiros, the first view of the Perito Moreno Glacier and, as the final point of the route, we will arrive at the balconies in front of the Perito Moreno Glacier. There the guide will explain the trails options and we will have several hours to enjoy the visit to this
majestic Natural Monument. In this excursion we will have enough time to calmly walk each section of the trails. A schedule and meeting point will be determined to return to El Calafate. Los Glaciares National Park has a restaurant and a snack bar, where you can have lunch enjoying a beautiful view of the glacier. Another option for lunch is to take a lunch box with your food to have lunch on some of the outdoor balconies.

Day 3: Torres del Paine National Park Full Day Tour

Stop At: Torres Del Paine National Park, Torres del Paine National Park Chile
Located 300 km southwest of El Calafate, with an area of 242,000 hectares, in the Chilean Patagonia, Torres del Paine National Park has hundreds of kilometers of trekking trails that allow us to reach places with majestic panoramic views.
Because of the unique conformation of its mountains, glaciers, lakes, flora and fauna is considered one of the most beautiful places in the world. Among its most beautiful attractions are Torres del Paine, Los Cuernos, Paine Grande, Salto Grande, Lake and Glacier Grey, Lakes Sarmiento de Gamboa, Pehoe and Nordenskjold.
The tour starts with the pick up from the hotels in El Calafate at 06:45am, in Overland 4x4 trucks. Then, we will take the road to the Chilean border, Cancha Carrera, where we will arrive after travelling for 02:30 hours. After crossing the border, we will begin to cross the south of Chile arriving at Torres del Paine National Park at approximately 10:30 am. The reduced travel times are a product of the enormous benefits of the use of Overland 4x4 trucks, which allow an excellent performance in the asphalt and they allow us to circulate on a gravel road almost as if it were of asphalt.
Around 11:00am we will make the first panoramic stop, where the guide will give an explanatory talk on Lake Sarmiento de Gamboa from which we will have a panoramic view of the entire Paine
Massif. Then, we will travel a few kilometers more and we will make a second stop for the guanacos watching. Continue to Laguna Amarga. We will cross the lagoon by its sandy coasts, to
access the best panoramic view of Torres del Paine (Paine Towers). We will descend from the vehicle to make a short hike, after which, we will continue the journey to Cascada Paine (Paine
Waterfall) where we will make a break for lunch in the open.
After lunch, we will continue in the direction to Salto Grande, from where we will begin a guided walk for 1 hour towards El Mirador de los Cuernos del Paine, on the shores of Lake Nordenskjold.
During the journey, we will make several stops on viewpoints: Laguna de los Cisnes (Swan Lake), Mirador Superior del Nordenskjold (Upper Viewpoint of the Nordenskjold). After the trekk we continue the tour to a new viewpoint from where we can observe one of the most famous views of Torres del Paine National Park, Los Cuernos and the French Valley in the background, the Pehoe and Nordenskjold Lakes, Paine Grande and Admiral Nieto Mounts. All walks will be accompanied by our trekking guides qualified by CONAF - Chile. During the tour, those passengers who remain in the park, will descend to their destination. Finally, we will take the return arriving at Cerro Castillo at 05:40 pm where we will stop to have a coffee and then continue towards the border, which we will cross at approximately 06:00 0pm. We will arrive back to El Calafate at about 09:00 pm.

Day 4: Navigation Upsala and Spegazzini Glaciers

Stop At: Los Glaciares National Park, Los Glaciares National Park, Province of Santa Cruz, Patagonia
Rios de Hielo (Ice River) is a full day excursion that will take you to live the experience of navigating Lake Argentino surrounded by a majestic landscape of mountains and glaciers with the possibility of observing imposing blocks of ice from the Upsala Glacier.
The excursion consists of a navigation of 5 hours by the North Arm of Lake Argentino. The tour starts at Punta Bandera Port. We will pick you up at your hotel at approximately 07:00am and travel 46 km along Provincial Route N° 11 until you arrive at the port. At 09:00am the adventure begins. We will sail for about an hour and a half until approaching the Upsala Channel where we will begin to see the first icebergs. We will stop in front of the icebergs to take pictures and then we will enter the Upsala Channel, from where we will have a panoramic view of the Upsala Glacier. Then, we will continue towards the Spegazzini Canal and we will approach the Spegazzini Glacier. Here we will make the last stop of the tour. Finally, we will undertake the return arriving at the port at approximately 02:00pm.
Then you will return to El Calafate to spend the day of the day by your own.

Day 5: Transfer to the Airport
