The spyware's removal may cause a break in Layered Service Provider(LSP) in Windows TCP/IP leading to loss of networking capabilities.

This Spyware threat can be detected only by Spyware Scanning Software that support expanded threats.

The Adware's Behavior

The Adware on SpywareNuker's program is an adware program that downloads advertisements from a server and displays them on your system. The spyware has the ability track your Web browsing habits, and to download new versions of the software with additional functionality without your knowledge.

Spyware Symptoms

Spyware files on your system will be able to be detected as Adware under the file name(s) SpywareNuker.

Your computer will attempt to connect to spywarenuker.com.

File names: SpywareNukerInstaller.exe

When the installation process is started, SpywareNukerInstaller.exe would attempt to connect to spywarenuker.com to download SpyNukerSetup.exe, which is another application of the setup program.

The program will be saved to C:\Program Files\Trek Blue.

The adware program will install itself to C:\Program Files\Trek Blue\Spyware Nuker, and then insert several files and subfolders in this folder.

The spyware program comes with a LSPFix executable that modifies Windows TCP/IP setup. As a result of this modification, you may loose network connectivity upon removal. This can obviously be easily restored.

*Make sure you Run a full system spyware scan and delete all the files detected as Adware under the filename(s) "SpywareNuker".
